Thanks! I haven't tackled that project yet-getting up the nerve to install an entirely new wiring harness from Painless Performance sans headlight switch harness (that one is new M37).
I will let everyone know how "painless" it is....

Hi Jeff, I can help with part of this: There should be a small channel rail running the width of the front edge of the top of the windshield frame. Your canvas/vinyl top should have a seam with approximately a 3/8 size cord running the entire width of the top. You feed one of the top cord ends thru ...

12-volt fuel sender available?
Does anyone know of a fuel gauge sending unit that will match the bolt pattern to my stock fuel tank? If not, is there a 12-volt unit you can recommend that I can drill new holes and mount it up safely?
Getting ready to tackle the wiring harness, gauges and the like.
Thanks in advance,
Gary

Hi Folks, I need a pair of the metal side supports that go vertical from the back end of each door's glass, then parallel to the top of the door glass. Some call them the "wings" or "wedges" because they are shaped that way (like a half-square, if you will). I have the back bow b...

Hey Kurt! Nice to hear from you! Mine is in a bit better shape-color comparison was more the theme for my last post. You know, I now have your cab in place mated up with the bed I got in SLC last year, the M is now OD on the outside (just had to get some OD on it before the rains come) with fresh ne...

I agree with Jeff. This is a somewhat embarrasing story to tell but I'll share it now in order to spare someone else the agony of the possible disaster that nearly befell me. In my haste and excitement to get my new-found M37 home some years back, I tried to save some cash by using a two wheel dolly...

If you feel that the decal needs to be included based on the type of restoration you are doing, then by all means, do so. On the other hand, that decal to my knowledge was never included when the vehicle came from the factory, so the importance of the decal is strictly your call based on what you wa...
