Hey Kurt! Nice to hear from you! Mine is in a bit better shape-color comparison was more the theme for my last post. You know, I now have your cab in place mated up with the bed I got in SLC last year, the M is now OD on the outside (just had to get some OD on it before the rains come) with fresh ne...

I agree with Jeff. This is a somewhat embarrasing story to tell but I'll share it now in order to spare someone else the agony of the possible disaster that nearly befell me. In my haste and excitement to get my new-found M37 home some years back, I tried to save some cash by using a two wheel dolly...

If you feel that the decal needs to be included based on the type of restoration you are doing, then by all means, do so. On the other hand, that decal to my knowledge was never included when the vehicle came from the factory, so the importance of the decal is strictly your call based on what you wa...

I too, pulled my tranny last year but did not have a sling or hoist. My solution was to run a length of pipe horizontally from front of the cab to the back, attached chain as described in Charles' post, then used a good ratchet strap to apply tension between the pipe and tranny chain-just enough to ...

Wallace Wade in Dallas has the correct tubes cheap-don't risk your life over an incorrect set of tubes-get the right tubes that would cost under $60. I just got a set of four new tires, tubes and flaps from WW at a GREAT price. If I may- remember, Safety First! You can shortcut stuff like the incorr...

Sorry for the delayed response, Rick. If you have the clutch access pan off, shine a light up to the back of the block around the end of the crank, ahead of the flywheel and clutch area-if you don't see any bolt heads you have the split-seal type. VPW gave me the scoop on these and there is no rhyme...
