If so then the short one extends down too far past the fender. I suppose it dosen't really matter, just want to know how everyon...

Lock Out Hubs

Has anyone installed lock out hubs (like the ones from Midwest Military) on their M-37. How simple is it? Do I need special tools, like a hub wrench?

Re: Best Tail Lights for M37

Just came home from MTA show in Sussex, NJ. LED lights sold all over the place. I have an early M-37 so just the LED cover wouldn't fit but they all sell the bucket as well. $60 each with bucket. Bucket mount might require a small mod to mount but def a great product. Comes with numbered military co...

Re: Source for 4.89 gears?

Ok, thanks. Way too pricey for my budget. Guess I'll have to be content chugging along at 40 MPH.

Re: MTA Show

No ride, still in my garage prepping for paint. Maybe shoot it next week if its warm enough. Hoping I can get a show price on tires at the show from Universal Tire. If they don't have them there Hersey PA is an easy ride for me. Besides the M-37 project I got myself involved in helping restore a UH-...

Great idea, was going anyway to see if I can score a show special on tires from Universal. Just bought a gallon of Gillespie 24087. I'll let you know how I made out at the show!

Re: Antenna mast

Thanks vtduece, you are correct. When I purchased the mount and mast from a guy in Kentucky (number and email no longer valid) he sent me the AS-3900 and a mast that would not fit it. So I called and he sent me an MX-6707. I said I'd return the AS-3900 but he said just keep it. So I guess I'm lookin...

Antenna mast

Hello everyone, new to this site. Just got my 1953 M37. It's in fantastic shape and runs great. I had a M151A1 for several years so I'm not new to restoring military vehicles. What I'm looking for is a base antenna mount with a 2 piece 10 ft mast like I had on my Mutt. I know its not mil spec to thi...
