Re: Finally a 1:35 M37 Model!
My two kits arrived. Looks pretty good at a glance. I want to build my AF truck but there appears to be no decals for modernish USAF lettering in that scale or in yellow. I see people wanting resin tires for them, any tire for a WWII 3/4 ton Dodge should be OK.

Re: New windshield fit problem
I think when we installed mine we spent a lot of time on the alignment. We eventually decided that the washers on the locking arms were too thick. Those rubber flaps are awfully stiff and I remember having to push the insert towards the cab will my buddy latched it. We left it like this for a while ...

Mine are fine at 25 to 30 and even when driving to a show across town I only run 40 to 45 and at that spee...

Re: (ETW carb ISSUES!)
If the idle screw does nothing, it might be running off the high speed circuit. What is the idle speed set to? I think it should be around 500 rpm. You really have to start at zero with the adjustments.

Re: Exhaust Tailpipe Tip
I didn't originally have mine installed until someone pointed out that the paint near the pipe was distressed and the tire was very hot.

My set came in last week and I am still just looking at the photos...a huge resource for Dodge fans. We all should be buying David a beer.

You should have left some clutter around the frame. That pic could have been photoshopped. Nice job on the paint though!

Re: M37 driveline drag
It's the weight and the gearing. With lockout hubs, I can coast down a fairly steep grade and not speed up enough to worry about not stopping. This is why you should be using the transmission to brake the engine on steep hills.
