Cab Canvas Top and Fittings Wanted

Guys, I have removed my Arctic Top and would like to go with the canvas alternative for the summer.
Does anyone have or know where I can get these parts?

I got a canvas top some time ago from Adirondack Dodge and it is the correct one. Do not get the "buy it now" top on E-Bay for $375 that is not the correct one for an M37 to my knowledge (as it has the twist-latches on the sides-could be a deuce top, and that seller overcharges for shipping and "handling").

Hardware is best obtained by finding someone who is parting one out-the rear bow in serviceable shape is especially hard to find.

Midwest Military will have all the necessary parts and canvas. New Life Resources and WeeBee Webbing have new canvas tops.
