Labor Day Trailride/Rally in Virginia

Post by CGarbee »

Folks,
I have familly in Virginia that own a large resort/farm that backs up to the Shenendoah National Park. They have agreed to let me host a military vehicle trailride/rally/swapmeet on Labor Day Weekend.

Info on this year's event may be found at the following link:
http://www.garbee.net/~cabell/gravesmou ... esweb.html

Dates for the event are September 4-7, 2009.
We have about forty miles of trails to ride, a huge field to camp in, mudbogs, and a pool, horseback riding, etc ...

Hope to see some of you there,
Cabell

Fly into Dulles or Charlottesville and we'll pick you up... :)

I'll be up there this weekend... trail maintenance and stirring up the mudbog (for those who like to get their rigs dirty -- but we do have a deuce tanker with a fire hose on it to get things clean afterward).

So far, it looks like we are expecting a nice mix of trucks from 1/4 to five tons. All eras and sizes of MV's are welcome (or come in your civi rig and get your "green fix"). Plenty of space for parts/vehicle sales/vending if you've got stuff you want to trade/sell/swap at no extra charge.

There is still time to register as we are about three weeks out... :)

Oh man I spent all my money going to the national and will still be broke at that point.... :(

I'd wish I could go to meet you and have a chance to talk to you in person.
