Wiper motors on M37

Does anyone have an easy way to lube the vacuum motor so it works easier??

Update. I found an old article from Trico wipers on the vacuum ones. They say to put a short hose on the motor and fill up a small container with marvel mystery oil and put the end of the hose in the container. Cycle the wiper blade back and forth and it will suck up the oil and spit it back out with every stroke. It worked great for me. My wipers have never moved that fast before.
