can you buy nos bolts and washers for the m37. i want my truck all original if i can have it that way. thanks dave

A lot of the fastener parts are quoted in the parts manual by their mil-spec (MS) numbers.
A lot of the parts can still be bought commercially using those numbers online from Grainger, McMaster-Carr, Aircraft Spruce, etc.
Some of the MS numbers have been cancelled but the vendors still list them under the old numbers.
Some of the MS numbers have transitioned to commercial ANSI spec numbers but again are still available under the old and/or new numbers.
There is a site to look up these documents at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/
Put just the mil spec number only in the Document ID box and hit Search.
You can then go thru the list of MS's; you may have to go thru a few of the revisions to see what's going on.
The trail will tell you if it's been cancelled, superseded, or changed to a commercial spec and what that number is.
Then you can do a search and find who's selling that product.
One down side is there may be a minimum buy, so if you need only 1 you may have to buy a minimum lot.

You can track down a bolt but to have the Dodge Bros. symbol on the head is the problem.

If you want to get an exact replacement that is marked like the original from the factory I would call Midwest Military, Memphis Equipment, Vintage Power Wagons, etc. as they have a large amount of parts trucks and if you're willing to pay the extra for someone to remove it give them a call.

We typically have them by the 5-gallon buckets full. Bolts are from disassembled trucks. We have a bucket full now; this one I'd guess is 25% power wagon/M37 bolts with logo on the head. Usually the whole bucket is Dodge logo bolts, however the present one has Jeep and John Deere loader hardware mixed in. We will soon be dismantling a Dodge ambulance and a Power Wagon too. All bolts will be tossed in a bucket. These full buckets usually go to the highest bidder, typically for around $100. I'll take less for the current one because it isn't all Dodge; if you have interest, let me know.
