I'm looking to ship my 2005 Honda Element from El Monte California (91732) to Killeen Texas (Fort Hood) as soon as possible.
Can anybody recommend a mover?

Try over on the Steel Soldiers site. They have a whole subforum just to transport needs.

The next 2 weeks could be tough. With BarretJackson and RussoSteele in Arizona, many of the rigs are there. (Several hundreds at least in one lot.)
