I don't think so-they made that run before I contacted them when I was looking for mine a couple of years back, unless they've made another run since then.

Hi Guys,

VPW mentioned in an email update dated Jan 3rd they had NOS passenger side winch bumpers in stock for $150 ea. I've been looking for a set myself, but haven't found anyone with good used ones reasonably priced. But...........I was looking at a WOW bumper I have that's a little mangled. I don't see why the two winch bumpers can't be made from a WOW bumper. Actually, it's only one cut and one bend per side, two beads of weld........and you have a set of winch bumpers..........and all the holes should be in the right places. You need a winch bumper for a template to determine where to cut the WOW bumper........but other than that it looks fairly simple. Now the two bumper halves are not the same size, the passenger side is shorter...but I think it's do-able. Anyway, just a thought if you have an old WOW bumper taking up space.

regards,
bob

That's what I was going to say, I see no problem doing it that way.

I can send you a full scale PDF of an AutoCAD drawing of the winch bumpers with dimensions.

Sure, what's your email address? I've got to run out to the airport and get the driver's side bumper length from my M37. The drawings are full scale.

You guys should check with

www.powerwagonparts.com

He mainly likes FFPWs, but he does have a couple M-37s in his yard. Den is a SUPER nice, and super knowledgeable gentleman. About a year ago I paid him for a few parts, and gave him an M-37 winch bumper as part of the payment. Might be worth checking out if he still has it in stock!
