Bed Box Isolators?
Does anyone know the correct thickness for the rubber composite isolators that go between the box and the frame? Are they all the same? I count 12 spots where I need them. The reason I ask is I can not go by what I see under the current box. Thanks Much

Re: Bed Box Isolators?
To add some more to my confusion I saw John at Midwest lists a set of six? Do I need to order two sets? Even the PDF that I found on a search on this forum shows 6 on each side? What am I missing here. I have dealt with isolators during my long career in HVAC and it turns out I have a friend that is in the business so I can get whatever I need, once I figure out what I need.

Re: Bed Box Isolators?
Wayne,
There are two types of pads, the square ones that are trapped under the hold-down bolts and the round ones that are mounted to the cross-members (there is a 1/2" hole in the bottom of the crossmember that gets a pad). The square ones are 1/4" thick on the back two bolts and the front bolt has a 1/2" pad. The round ones are the same, the front one is 1/2" thick, the rear two are 1/4" thick.
There is a diagram that shows what goes where in Fig 41 of TM 9-8031-2. Hope this helps.
