Hello and thanks to the Registry for letting me join up. I'm new to this site but have been a member of an early bronco forum for years.
My son dropped a '58 M37B1 on my driveway last sunday, it appears all original. The PO said it hadn't run in about two years. With two new batteries there is 26 volts at the dist lead wire but no spark at point gap. Condensor is very oxidated and plugs and wires are trashed. The coil showed resistance on both windings so I'm calling it good for now.
I want to keep everything 24v and replace waterproof plugs and wires with regular items. What is best way to go? And cheapest?
Any comments are welcome. (After we get it running then we'll worry about the missing rear diff and axles)

Welcome Bushboy! Fortunately there are plenty of vendors who can keep up with your parts orders: Midwest Military in MN, Sid Beck down in Texas, Vintage Power Wagons in Iowa, etc. Lots of useful advice here on the forum as well. Glad to have you with us!
