M43 driver compartment locking door handles

I would like to replace the door handles on my 1953 M43 with locking handles. Does anyone know of a good source? And, how difficult is it to replace these? Thanks.

VPW sells one. It does not match the original, but it does fit. Unfortunately, currently out of stock.
