If there were any around, I don't see why not.
The Ben Hur trailers were a WW2 trailer. The M101 trailers were built with the M37 in mind.

The Beh Hur is somewhat lighter than the M101. Easier to muscle around, but has a lot smaller bed.
Usually, it sits odd, as it runs 7.50- or 9.00-20 tires and looks like a stinkbug going down the road since the CCKW pintle sits much higher than the M37s.
However, a set of 6-bolt lowboy 15" (or Isuzu NPR) wheels will fit and set it level with your Dodge.
