Another widget like that tubing thing is found on the bottom of the steering box where the horn wire comes out.

I'm digging through stuff that came with my truck, and I came upon two of these. Anyone know what they are for?

These might be out of the M43 ambulance? To me they look like the part that holds the litter that hang from the ceiling. That's my guess any how.
