Tire eating time

Post by just me »

Rocks are hard on NDT's. Had a nice trail ride in the mountains west of town Saturday. After 45 miles all my NDT's look like NDCC's. The corners of all the lugs are chewed off. The truck never missed a beat and went where ever I pointed it. Took all day today to get the dust off. Tomorrow I start the full LOF to push the dirt out of the moving parts
Fun day. We had 2 M37, a bunch of Jeeps, 4 hummers, a duece and a half and sone 5 tons. The big trucks couldn't go some of the tiny trails and held down the bivouac area.

I didn't take any. I'll have to steal some from the club website when they post them.

Also, if you don't already have a power grease gun, get one! I can go through a tube and a half in 15 minutes. Makes this truck (and my tow rig) a bunch easier to service.
