Back on line...

Post by Cal_Gary »

Hello All,
Off on vacation for the past couple of weeks. Did not see a single HMV in our travels through the Mountain West; however, did pick up a military tow strap at the Army Parts Warehouse in Idaho Falls-nice to have with Winter approaching.

Hope all are well-posts have been rather infrequent this year-everyone must be busy!

Road trips are always fun. Wife and I are about to leave for two weeks in New England; my Naval dad was twice stationed in Newport, and we often went up when I was a kid, but my Nebraska farm girl wife never saw much of anything far from home. A birthday gift for her. I have reservations at several nice lodges up there, and we both love seafood, so we are looking forward to the trip, her first to NE. My truck seems finally done, with much help from Charles Talbert's team, and my own efforts, so I look forward to the cooler weather of UpState SC coming up. I drive it a lot locally, and am getting used to being behind the wheel. Have a great and safe fall everyone.

Oh, by the way, just had more blood tests, and my aggressive prostate CA seems to remain in remission for now. Life is good, and I give thanks daily to God for all my blessings.
