Hi all, Just signed up and know you needed a Seabee in your group. I am more active in the G838 site, but always looking at the M37 to add. I am looking forward to learning more ....SEABEE, NMCB 62, '69-'72

Welcome to the G741! Glad to have you with us! "The Fighting Seabees" with John Wayne is one of my favorite war movies!

HA !....if its an Army guy, like Rickf ...no problem ! Most of them would open the gate for a beer ! Just PM me the list of what you have in your shed,... and take a nap. I did my "A" school at Port Hueneme....and was based out of Gulfport, MS. Nice area but I like four seasons in Missouri myself. SEABEE

Recently gave my 33 beer mug I brought back to my son. I used to have a beer often at the dirt floor cafe in my advisor compound. Watch the rice husks and river debris gently drift to the bottom as the river ice melted in my glass. The rice wine was much more potent.

We had an "acquisition specialist" that made you Seabees look like amateurs! We had Budweiser, Black Label and Schlitz. We had steaks. We also had Johnny Walker Black! We didn't drink that, it was used for "trading" purposes in the "markets".

We had more stuff stashed in the Jungle than Charles did I think. Some of it may still be there.

HA !!!!...YOU WISH !!!....we had the good stuff...but traded the ugly stuff to the Army ! They didn't know the difference ....We just put a different label on it , gave it to your "acquisition specialist " and they believed it... Seabee
