Bed mounted spare tire parts and pictures

I am looking for the mounts and all of the hardware for mounting the spare in the bed. That is one of the few things that did not come with my truck. I am assuming it was there originally since it was not on the door and the bed floor is rotted under where the tire would have been sitting.
