How tight should the draglink plug be?

I am getting ready to put my draglinks together and can't find how tight the plugs should be- 8030 just says "tight", that helps a lot.

if you can't rotate the drag link with one hand its too tight. I like to feel a bit of spring squish when dry steering

I crank mine to coil bind and then back off to where I can get the cotter in. I am trying to remove play, not add any.
