WTK:M-37B1 door mounted spare tire carrier to cab bolt sizes

Hey guys, I finally got a tire carrier for the truck. I'm in need of the bolt sizes and washer types ect that mount it to the cab? Any PDF pic of the manual would be great too.

A complete list of the parts is included in both the MWO ORD G741-W7 for moving the spare tire from the bed to the cab side, or in the ORD 9 SNL G741 (although the SNL is a bit harder to track down all of the separate pieces from within the ambulance body section).

For anyone else that runs into this problem here is the answer. 4 and 3/8in shoulder to tip or 4 5/8th overall.
