I just received notification from the MVPA that Steve Preston has passed away from an accident at a military show, along with a friend, Austin Lee.

TAPS to our HMV brothers. My condolences to the families.

I saw this posted on several sites now..........It is certainly a sad chain of events. It looks like an explosion in the turret while they were at the range filming, sending 76MM rounds down range.

Steve and Austin passed away doing what they loved and giving pleasure to others, we should all be so lucky to meet our maker that way....

I am saddened every time one of our brother collectors passes away, I did not know these gentlemen but I do pray for their families in this time of loss.

My condolences & prayers to the familes as well. Our hobby has lost some fine folks these last few years.
