WHAT ARE THE CORECT WAY THEY SHOULD BE DISPLAY ON THE M 37 FRONT OR REAR / DRIVER OR PASENGER SIDE.[ FOR PARAID PERPOSE ONLY ]

U.S. flag should always be on the right front corner (as looking from the drivers seat)
here's an exerpt from the U.S. flag code:
b) The flag should not be draped over the hood, top, sides, or back of a vehicle or of a railroad train or a boat. When the flag is displayed on a motorcar, the staff shall be fixed firmly to the chassis or clamped to the right fender.

Exactly! To add to Tmbrwolf's answer, there should be only one American flag displayed on any vehicle. You can make a suitable mounting bracket which will bolt to your grille/bumper which satisfies the "chassis" caveat and it will not require drilling holes in your fender.
You can then make a duplicate mount to attach on the left (driver's side) and fly any other flag there you want to, as long as it isn't larger than your US flag.
On our 40/8 Voiture's 1954 Chevy fire truck, we fly an American flag on the right side and a 40/8 flag on the left during parades and static displays. Both flags are 3' X 5' and are mounted on 8' poles. You have to watch for low-hanging tree limbs along the parade route, but the flag display is a real attention getter. (Because of the big flags, I'm nearly always the lead vehicle - right behind the Police department "pace car."
It's a treat to watch spectators stand and salute the flag as I roll by. I just wish more of them would do it!

good to know, i have always flown from the drivers rear, this year it will be correct
