GreyHound bus will take most items.
Fastenal does a fine job.

Look no further then Fastenal. I've shipped several things and was smooth as silk. Arrange per instructions on the website. Shipper drops at their local store. Buyer picks up at theirs. Takes a little longer then typical shippers but well worth the wait. 002

I haven't used Fastenal, but can vouch for Greyhound Package Express.......cheap, fast and reliable. But you have to have a Greyhound terminal near you and there are size/weight restrictions.
