dimensions of fuel tank bed cover

Would someone mind measuring the fuel tank access plate cover for me. Half of my access plate is covered by a sheet of diamond plate - thusly I have no access to the fuel tank top. Just trying to figure out how much steel to cut away in order to pull the inspection plate off.

Hi Jim,
I'm taking my bed off so I ran out to the garage. It's 10 1/4 " X 6 1/4 ".

Now I have a better idea of what to cut instead of playing the guessing game. The plate has been covering the access hatch for 25 years - wonder what the fuel filter looks like....
