M37 stands in for limousine

Seldom do evening gowns, furs and tuxedos travel in the same circles as M37's. I was fortunate enough to be able to use mine to escort my date for the evening to a black tie event. I had warned her ahead of time of the vehicle I would be driving and she loved it. I know you would rather have seen a photo of her standing beside it, but it was dark by the time I picked her up. You should have seen the hesitant look on the face of the valet guy. I told him I would park it. He seemed relieved.

You're a sick man Charlie, Got M-Thrax real bad it seems but you have the perfectly sympathetic (and possibly also infected) Date as she thought it was great, I hope you had an awesome time :-)

My wife says I'm sick, twisted and perverted and that's why she married me.

So watch out, Charlie!

Yes, I am a lucky man. This was THE EVENT of the year for this area. Everyone who is anyone was there and I escorted a VP from a local bank.
I felt quite good as she told others of the local jet set ( with what sounded like pride in her voice) the vehicle she arrived in. Maybe the cocktails were beginning to have an effect, but any discussion of antique military vehicles in such a setting is always good for the hobby.

Charlie,

Great picture and it sounds like a great event to expose more people to the OD addiction. I think your date has a great sense of humor arriving in a vintage military truck.

FYI Charlie, cameras have an option on them called FLASH for taking pictures when its dark out. Maybe next time.
