I'd buy that truck in a second if I could only find a way to get it into my back yard w/o my wife noticing the thing!

Maybe I could stash it "off-site?"

I'm a little confused.....but maybe it's just me. If you were trying to sell a vehicle that you had tires and rims for.......wouldn't you put them on the vehicle before you take pics of it??
I'm just thinking it might sell easier if it rolled.

hell, just the hardtop is worth the asking price in the shape it is in, Jeff, your wife was always relatively relaxed from what I remember, she should be ok with it. Just tell her it's a "parts truck" and flip it this summer

XM,

You could be right! Although I have to say I've seen lots of wheels stolen with the lug nuts left behind, but never lug nuts stolen with the wheels left behind. :D

Thank God for stupid criminals!

Bob

you have to remember though lug nuts are lighter !! Plus I think if it were a thief they were pretty smart because of the left and right hand threads I did not see any torch marks !!

Truck used to be an M42 command truck judging by the voltage regulator behind the grill

You've got great eyes to see that rectifier behind the grill (and in front of the radiator. That would make it a radio truck (probably) but a Command Truck (M-42) was a different set of accessories.

Still a shame to see it go to the scrapper............ :(

Hey buy it and have them deliver it to me south of Waxhaw. I can store it outside until you get here if it is only a month or so. Don't let it go to the scrapper
