Can you pull the radiator without removing the entire front clip? I may be in need of radiator work and really don't want to pull off the front again.

thanks!

You just open the hood, unbolt the radiator, and lift it out the top.

Like Jim said, just undue the hold down bolts and lift straight up.

You are right; it is an answer, although not a completely correct one. The fan must be removed from the water pump pulley to provide clearance for the radiator to lift out. The top cover over the radiator top tank must be removed also, and of course the top and bottom hoses must be disconnected.

Right, he did. But if he needs to know "can you"; isn't it pretty obvious that he doesn't know "how do you?" Seems to me IF he knew "how you do", then he wouldn't have had a question to begin with. BUT then one would think if he had already been through the procedure of removing a M37 front end at least once prior; he would already know the radiator could be removed without total disassembly of the front clip. I'm wondering if it is him or the rest of us that are confused.

He asked a yes or no question. He got a yep, seemed he was satisfied! No confusion here.

I was being lazy. I actually did want the yes/no before going into the work of figuring it out. If it was "no" I'd just pull the front clip again or live with it. If "yes", I'd probably have to deal with it. Seeing it was "yes" the instructions were bonus goodies.

thanks!
