Is the spacer (Tool 41-S-3868-500 in the Power Train manual) used in the setup of the idler gear preload the same thickness as the front of the case where the shaft goes through? Wondering about that dimension so I can turn one to setup my idler bearings.
Thanks

According to my WW2 WC63 manual the Idler gear bearing adjustment spacer part # 41-S-3868-500 is 31/32" thick. The circle od is 2" and the id is 1.375". It had a handle that was 17 " long as well. It's on page 74 of TM 9-1808B. Terry

That is how I set mine up - measure the case front thickness then matched it in what I had laying around. Mine measured to about 0.885" or 22.5mm. There was no play when I got it back together so I must have been pretty close. I didn't see the WC63 manual. Terry, thanks for the dimensions.

Thanks for the dimensions and the replies. For how widespread the NP-200 was used, this information was nearly impossible to find.
