Oil filter hoses

Does anybody make new production oil filter canister hoses? I don't really want to put 40-50 year old NOS hoses on my engine. My local hose shop only goes down to 1/4" ID Thanks!
New exact replacements are as close as your local NAPA Store. Oil filter hose # is: 11224, two required, product line is Eaton Weatherhead. While we're at it the flex hose at the fuel pump inlet is: 11078, same product line. This one usually needs replacement at the same time.HingsingM37 wrote:Does anybody make new production oil filter canister hoses? I don't really want to put 40-50 year old NOS hoses on my engine. I don't have the # recorded for these, but they are also available, I'll get the # later today & post it this evening for you.spainex wrote:Hey Charles, How about #s for the tank vent and master cylinder vent hoses,(engine to frame)?
Sorry, forgot all about doing this.MSeriesRebuild wrote:I don't have the # recorded for these, but they are also available, I'll get the # later today & post it this evening for you.spainex wrote:Hey Charles, How about #s for the tank vent and master cylinder vent hoses,(engine to frame)?
The original vent lines are 3/16", as far as I can find from recent searches the flex hoses in 3/16" are no longer available. We have been using the same ones that are on the oil filter lines (1/4") along with a small reducer fitting to get to the correct size fitting.amanco wrote:Charles~
Your contributions are invaluable. I am replacing the flex hoses on my MC & fuel vent lines. Is there a specific NAPA part # or just use the oil lines?
