Hey Guys,
Putting the truck back together and need some info. The tube that runs from the oil fill tube to the intake, what is it called and does anyone know where I can get one? Or am I gonna have to bend some tubing?

As always thanks in advance.

Mark

Forgot to mention, I looked all over the manuals and either overlooked it or it isnt there. And also searched this site as well. Again, thanks!

I don't think it has its own name, other than "the-tube-that-goes-from-the-oil-filler-tube-to-the-intake-elbow".

Unless you can find an old scrap engine or parts truck you may end up bending one.

Good Luck!

You will find a picture in the TM 9-8030 manual on page 196 it is called an oil filler pipe vent line. You will probably have to bend one up it should be easy to do.

Mark,

Look in ORD 9 section 0304.2 titled "Vent Lines for Water Fording". The pipe is CC-1272091 and listed as "Line, vent, oil filler pipe to air cleaner" and the two elbows are part number 137424 in the same section.

regards,
bob
