What is this?

Is this a 1/2 ton WC-14 or such? Don't know these that well but it was my first guess.
The reason I ask is that yesterday I was with an M-715 friend of mine. We were looking at several derelict 715s that are destined for the scrapper in a few weeks and my friend has permission to take whatever he wants before they scrap them. Fortunately there are a lot of good parts on the 715s that he is going to save. But sitting behind them was this truck. At some point in it's life it was fitted with a towing boom. While the truck is pretty much a pile of rusty junk there may be a few small parts that are salvageable. Looks like the rear bumperettes may be good along with the front tow hooks and possibly two or three of the inside door handles. Also the grille and brush guards are fairly rusty but not rusted through and may be worth pulling. I am probably at least going to pull those parts off before it gets crushed. Anyway I just wanted to identify it and possibly bring it to the attention of someone that may have some interest in this, not that there is really a lot there.
