Doesn't look like the M37 grill cover I have, I take a pic tomorrow AM and post it.

The e-bay listing calls it an "M37 radiator cover M38 M38A1." Another case of someone not knowing what it is and hoping he can palm it off on someone else who doesn't know what it is either, perhaps? One thing is certain...it can't possibly fit an M37 and two different Jeep models.

The grill cover on ebay IS for the M37. The part number on the front (7399400) is the same as the one listed in TB 9-2855-45.
And the price sounds pretty good!

Maybe I better look at mine again, I don't think it looks like that, and as you said "the price sounds pretty good!"
Thanks Hal.

The cover pictured is most definitely an M37 grill cover. I've bought them cheaper, but the woods aren't full of them any more as this cover was part of a heater kit originally. Someone has likely broke open the original crate & figures they can make more money by selling items separately instead of in kit form.
If you re-read the guys description, he isn't saying the cover is for the M37 & M38 M38A1. He is saying this cover fits the M37 & to keep watching his site as he will have M38 & M38A1 items coming up for sale soon. The Jeeps are not part of the grill cover description at all.

Oops!

His title was a bit misleading. I should have read the "fine print."

You are going to find out they are fairly scarce. That one looks to be in excellent condition. They were only available in the hot water heater kit. Sooo, it's worth whatever someone wants to spend... Not much help, I know, but that's what it comes down to. You still need the metal loops that those side straps hook onto. The loops require you to drill 2 holes per- for the screws. The two lower corner straps are supposed to have springs that hook and take up the slack.

I would contact the seller & ask if the loops & springs are included, it isn't worth as much without all the parts in my opinion. They work great, whatever you feel it's worth to you is a fair price.

Can you post a picture of the engine side cover. I have the Grill and hood cover, but I have never seen a side cover.
Thanks

Photos of the grill cover including shots of the mouting hardware (including the spring clips) can be found on my website at:
http://www.garbee.net/~cabell/photos7.htm
One of these days (and this thread reminds me that I have yet to get around to it), I'll add the photos and process description for adding the mounting loops to the M37 and attaching the cover to the truck.
I find mine to be extremely useful with the Cummins 4BT in my "driver" truck...
