My son and I went to the Red Ball military show held in Gilbert Pa yesterday. Picked up a boarding ladder and a lens for my dash. Thats all for the truck, however I also picked up a few trinkets for the kids, namely a couple gas masks. My son for some reason wanted one so I bought two. Anyway we had a great time there. The weather was perfect. This year they had a weasel owner giving rides alon gwith the halftrack and duece. The weasel guy had a set of those new Liberty tracks on his ride and he worked the heck out of them. We had a blast on that thing, as he took us out into a field and pulled a few hard turns, etc. If you ever get the chance take a ride in one, you won't be disappointed.

What goodies did you pick up at the show yesterday?

Always wanted a full tracked vehicle. Damn track prices are just too high for a MV'er like me, who has to run his vehicle everywhere and frequently. As for the german tracks, like the OT8, well, the tracks last but the pavement won't !

Carmen; Which M37 was yours? I saw about 4 there. I did talk to an old gentleman who said his son had just purchased the M37 that was parked inside the fence, and had driven it there. It had small stars on the doors. Was that you?

No, my truck was parked out side next to another M37 owned by another member of the Red BAll George. His truck was set up with a radio inside with a cable wire layer in tow. That really is a great set up he has. The only thing I had in the back of my truck was my son who needed a couple of hours of sleep.

Out of curiousity . . .

Did anyone happen to be offering a rear WC 3/4 rear end housing?

I missed the show - had to go to A.C. (won a little $) - howver, on the way back I picked up a couple decent M37 pumpkins from Paul in Downingtown (he was at the show with a WC51 with M24A2 mount).

And if so, who? Thanks.

Carmen;

I did see you guys. I pointed to the M37 with someone sleeping in back and mentioned to my son that soneone was back there. We were going to check it out but didn't want to approach it while somebody was lying down in back. I also saw the M37 with the cable trailer. Both nice rigs.

That M37 with the small stars was mine. I may have been walking around when you visited. My Father was the one you were talking to.
I had a great time and had no problems driving it up 80 miles from Lebanon, PA.
I didn't find many M-37 parts that I was looking for...Oh Well, Next time maybe.

Oh, and I know the Stars probably aren't correct, That's how it was when I bought it.
