Is anybody going to the Iola WI. vintage military show?
I'm going with a friend who bought his jeep at the same time as I bought my m37 were boath newbies and hoping to meet some people, make some contacts and do well at the swap meet.

I went... I havent been in 5-6 years, but, I thought it sucked. There wasn't ANYTHING there compared to when I was there last...

Only things I was impressed to see was the VC-6, VC3, M123 named "Connie", and the wc-53 that showed up late saturday.

Has it been that slow the last few years, or has gas prices caused that?

Carl, on a side note, saw your truck in person, I LOVE your dash resto, it looked FANTASTIC! :D

I thought it was a fair show, considering this was my first time there. not many vehicles compared to the pictures I saw from previous years. Did get some good deals though

And thanks for the compliment one of the show coordinators thought mt truck was from a museum collection. Here's a halfway done photo of the das without data plates
