So today at work I call EPT (Emerson Power Transmission) in Florence, KY. These are the folks that make Browning brand pulleys, gears, sheaves, gearboxes, Morse chain, Sealmaster bearings, McGill cam followers ect..
I was expecting to hear one of the fine southern gals I always talk to. Today what do I get? You guessed it, A CALL CENTER IN THE PHILLIPINES

I hung up and called Linn gear in Oregon and sold my customer a 100% American product instead.
