Eaton No-Spin Differential

Is it identical to the old Detroit Automotive KS-22 No-Spin Differential?
I installed a KS-22 in my 37 back about 1968-1969 and love it.
I got a new 5.83 ring and pinion for the 708 today and think it would be a good time to install the locker as well.
The KS-22 came with carrier. I don't think the Eaton does ?
