Found this thread, awesome just what I needed. Ordered the parts. Thanks 68 for putting this info there after you made it work. Once I get it installed I’ll try and post a picture.

Yep, everything is more expensive, materials and labor. Depending on the condition of your radiator will dictate the cost of repair, and the shop with skills and abilities will play a big part in the final product. If your radiator is in good shape the cost of rodding out isn't too bad, more if you need a replacement core. Most shops will only do what is needed so if the water hose outlets are pitted bad, or if the radiator tanks have dents, you're going to get those back with the reworked radiator. Top end work will include dents taken out, water outlets removed, and pitting corrected with soldering the outlet inside and outside, a new core to match original tubing if required, basically a factory-built radiator, and it all comes with a cost you want to pay and have in your truck. The Brass works is such a place that does the top work and at the link you'll see a PW radiator rebuilt. They also have rebuilt M37 domestic and Canadian radiators. I've had PW and M37 radiators rebuilt by them, the work is outstanding, however it's pricy.

Well I finished installing the pieces off Amazon. There wasn’t any pictures so I will put some on to show what it looks like.
