New buckets show up once in a while; good used ones can be found at some of the usual vendors; however, I got one a while back from Ed Andersen XM708 here on the forum. He might have what you need. You might send him a PM.

Midwest military has complete units (NOS) for $150. Vintage power wagons has used shells for $85- no new that I saw.

The buckets seem to show up on Ebay with some regularity. This pair is for sale now: https://www.ebay.com/itm/M37-M42-M43-M2 ... Desc=0%7C0

These don't have the doors or the 24v sealed beam lights, but those aren't hard to find.

His idea of "Minor" rust inside is questionable!

Yeah hard to gauge but there is rust in there. Equally important is if the retainer screws and screw holes are serviceable.
