This power wagon is very clean. Had no eat through rust on the whole truck. The engine runs after someone does a carb job on it. It probably needs rebuilt and have it adjusted. Tires are in fair shape. It has a 12 volt conversion on it and the wiring is very good. Missing interior seats. Had nearly all parts you would need to finish doing a nice restoration on it. Transmission is on good shape and the axles are good too. Has everything on it to put a winch on except the winch and driveline. Extras that it will come with include troop sides, and cargo bows. Has a nice hardtop that needs a little bit of work. The more work I do on it the higher the price will be. Feel free to ask me questions. Located in Orem, UT. Asking $5000

Just my 1954 M37, originally w/o winch but I added one. Here's what it looked like on the day of purchase in 2004:

Hard to believe it's the same truck, but still a work in progress. I have the tranny top cover off right now, getting ready to fix the shifter retaining pin.
