Hey all,

New to the registry but a long time M37 owner. She is under restoration since 1995. Been a off and on project in between other Military Vehicles and just life in general. I am currently in TN, but my home and truck are in VT with my parrents.

My story for the markings. The truck is marked for a Explosive Ord. Disp. unit in Korea during 1952 attached to the 4th Fighter Intercepter Wing.

Orig. a Army truck, the USAF "aquired" the truck for their use.

This is what were saying cause my dad and I own the truck and I wanted army and the OD (Painted alot of parts already) and he wanted Airforce and Strata Blue. So we comprimised and came up with this story. :)

I like the "creative" bumper markings. Being retired USAF, myself, I go along with your dad on the color choice, but it does look pretty good in green.

Ditto! Glad to see another M on it's way back, instead of sliced and diced on E-Bay.

My WC-51 had a very similar marking with a circle with what looked like a 4 prop properler inside of the circle.
Rick Larson did not know what it was. Tom

If you need help posting a pic or two, send them to MM, Nivek or myself. I know that we all want to see Dad's outfit! Especially if there's 37 in the back ground.
