Distribuitor bushing replacement?

Is there a "how to" for replacing the bushings in the Distribuitor on a 37 ?

You could just make your own bushings. But they are one place, like the water pump, where fit and finish is critical. I am just about to pick up a spare dist to do that job on. Don't want my still operable one out and have the truck down.
My plan is to grind the shaft if needed and then make bushings to fit. I'll do whatever rehab to the advance mechanism as needed.

Got bushings from vintage! Press in but have to ream to .501" !!!! Too tight if u don't !
