What is the correct M37 Jack?

does anyone have a picture of the correct jack for the M37, I am on another quest.

This type hydraulic jack was replaced with a mechanical jack on all models starting ser. # 80026822. I have never seen the mec. kind that replaced it.

You are welcome, please post a source of you find some for sale, I've never seen any for sale with that type decal. Carter
