ALCAN convoy

I don't know if any of you have been following, or better yet, participating in the MVPA Alaska Canada ALCAN highway convoy, sure wish I could have done it, but I couldn't so am living through the photos of others.
Here is one over the hood of an M37 as it approaches the US/Canada border, I believe it is Randy Bennet's truck.

I tried to sign up-too late, so I'm targeting those future convoys-one short one is next year out this way then another US convoy in 2015....

This would be a trip of a life time. I've been watching the thread on the Steel Soldiers site.

Yes I been following it over on the SS and also on Facebook. Sure would be neat to do but thats a long trip and a lot could happen. I think I will stay close for now.
