What am I missing, Tailgate

Hi All,
Was looking at the tear down of my bed box and thought I would start with the tailgate first. My first question is the two out board hinge brackets. Are the two bolts on each bracket threaded into a captive nut in the sides? The reason I ask is the disassembled rot free bed box I have only has holes in that location. Or is there supposed to be a bracket inside with the threaded holes? Thanks much.
Btw My plan is to take the old box apart on the truck and reverse the process for the repair/rebuild.

Should be a left and a right bracket like these. (these are both lefties, I think?)

Thank you Bruce, Yes that answers what I hoped was buried inside the rear member and side. I unfortunately, can't open my CD manual on either of my laptops so I can't even check the parts break down
