Re: "A Good Driver" sticker.
The "62" version was used up until 1972 when it was replaced with this one:
Notice it says older version will be used until stocks are depleted.
The white ones were used on armored vehicles.

Re: Which 24V Electronic Fuel Pump?
Did you know that if you took the Douglas cap and put it on the Packard you can still twist lock them!
Packard acts like the plastic insert in the Douglas connector.

Re: Which 24V Electronic Fuel Pump?
First you have to mount the pump as close to the tank as possible. These pumps are "pushers" not "suckers". Meaning they do better pushing the fuel to the carb rather than pulling to the carb. You need to tap off the ignition switch with one of these: FEMALE PACKARD "Y"...

Re: Which 24V Electronic Fuel Pump?
My pump is located just in front of the fuel tank and the only time
I can hear it is when I turn on the ignition to start the engine.
Rick, how can you hear that pump when the gen set is running???
I don't operate my MEP-003A without muffs because of the exhaust and engine noise.

They have 1/8" and 1/4" fitting pumps https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/ ... oldflo.php
Hit the spec section. The first 24V one listed is 1/8", second 24V is 1/4"
