Pinion Seal Recommendation
I replaced one of my pinion seals with an NOS one. It came sealed and it appeared to be in great shape. I soaked it in neatsfoot oil for a couple of days and I also replaced the companion flange, so I had high hopes. Alas, after a few weeks it started leaking and after a few months fluid dripped eve...

Re: Carburator gasket needed
I really appreciate the advice, but that gasket looks too complex for me to try to cut one out. It's a very odd shape.

Carburator gasket needed
Does anyone know where I can purchase a main body gasket for the ETW1 carburator without having to buy a whole carb kit?
Thanks

Re: 1970 NOS Universal joints for sale
Wes, Thanks for posting your for sale items here rather than elsewhere. Charles, As always, thanks for your words of wisdom. I just thought I'd interject those two things. I appreciate it when people try to sell things here before they turn to outer outlets and I appreciate when folks take the time ...

Re: Window Crank Handle differences
I've noticed that for most of them the knob turns on the crank. My truck came with one that doesn't turn. I don't now if it's an origninal or a replacement.

Re: Old Junk Wiring.....What Am I Missing ????
The tube-shaped connectors in the center of the Douglass shells often go for $2 each.
We’ve scrounged them off of parts trucks where the wiring otherwise appeared worthless.
… though I’m not seeing any of them in this picture.

New master cylinder lacks a vent
The new master cylinder for my M37 just arrived and its cover lacks an attachment point for the vent. Should I install it as is without a vent or should I try to use the cover off of the old one (assuming it fits on the new one)? Is the new master cylinder different from the old on in some way such ...

Data plate screws
Does anyone happen to know what size screws are used for the data plates? I just bought a set and I seem to have discarded the rusty originals.
Thanks
