Brakes are overrated and only marginally necessary.
But if you don't agree, you should probably replace all the lines.

Re: Crush Washers for F&R Axles, Transmission, Transfer Case
My Ace Hardware has them. Any auto supply will have them. I anneal them at each oil change until they are too deformed. Then use a new one.

Re: Leaking antifreeze
Tighten all the hose clamps first. That's the usual culprit.
If it still leaks, then clean it thoroughly and dry it.
Spray it with a talc powder
The leak will be obvious very quickly.
(Head bolts, t-stat, bypass housing, water pump, etc.)

The size limitations prevent any pictures from today's observation of General Order 11. We had 20+ vehicles from MB's to Hemtt's. Even a Gamma Goat.

Re: AB15 Antenna with CB Radio
It will actually need to be longer. Not shorter. The AB-15 as used in our trucks is 6m or 50Mhz. CB is 11m or 27Mhz. A 1/4 wave for CB is 102" long. In general, you will need to be resonant in order to appear as a 50ohm impedence to your radio and keep your VSWR below 2.5:1. You can run just ab...

Re: Trailering with Uhaul
7500 GVWR is not enough. You will be on the ragged edge. (The weight of the trailer has to be added to the truck weight.) I reengineered my trailer to 12,000 GVWR to have the cushion. The trailer running gear was really straining until I upped the wheels, axles, springs and coupler. And redoing it w...

Re: Gear Oil Specs
If it contains yellow metal do not use GL5. Or any extreme pressure lubricant. They contain additives that destroy the yellow metal.
I have no trouble buying GL0. And GL4 isn't hard but you will have to order it.

They need to be impedence matched. I typically unwire the coil and passive volume control and go direct to the speaker.

Re: CB External Speaker
The Motorola speaker they used in police cars works great. I've picked them up at hamfests and ebay and use them on all my ham radios.
Also, the military speaker can be made to work well. And it looks the part.

Re: 24 Volt Military Coil Modification
24 volt coils are tougher in the US. In Europe they are common.

I don't rev fast enough or have enough carb to even think about needing to port or polish. The rough surfaces keep up turbulence and help keep the fuel atomized and entrained in the air.

U-haul will look up the weights and capacities of tow and towed. And probably won't rent the dolly to you.
They've been at it for a while and have a good idea of what works and doesn't.
