Re: Fuel Pump Manual Operating Characteristics

shouldn't need anything on the pipe threads in automotive applications though it wont hurt anything if you do. tape will just desolve in fuel or oil so is a waste of time. good clean pip=e threads pretty much never leak

Re: Burning up Condenser

are they chinese? its about 50/50 they work more than 20 miles anymore. I would try to find NOS. old condensers and a long piece of copper sheet metal insulated with paper then inside filled with resin. they new ones are one tiny finger nail size piece of copper floating in resin. total joke.

Re: do i need a new head gasket

wow I have never seen a piston break in that way. has engine been rebuilt ever? maybe they didnt bore the holes to match the piston? I have heard of the 230s breaking pistons in race motors from the offset wrist pin but 251s are not offset.

That is a chelsea 350 series. there are 350, 351 and 352 all in same family. you can still get gears for them to mate up to almost anything. We put one on a T98 a few years ago. the version chelsea still makes is the 352. For anyone wanting to put a PTO on a T98 you need to call a PTO specialist out...
