Re: hi all. new kid here. M43B1 owner

When you say 2 inches, do you mean the point when the pedal starts to press the master cylinder? If so that can be altered by adjusting the rod linkage between the pedal Clevis and the m/c.

Re: HELP !

Is the fuel line petcock opened? If already checked, disconnect fuel line from carb and crank to let line fill. If still no flow, make sure pump diaphragm arm is correct on the cam lobe.

Re: Felpro hump head gasket

Before you start taking the engine apart, make sure that the crankcase vent is functioning correctly. When I first bought my truck, I found similar milky goo in the oil fill tube and under the cap after it was running for a while. You could try Pete DeBella ( DeBellajeepparts.com) out in Riverhead. He had some M37 and Wc inventory on hand.

Re: Question about rims/tires - M37

You can also go the Power King NR-50 (multi-mile tires) or Super Lug (STA) route is you want to keep the Budd rims.

Re: Question about rims/tires - M37

While surfing the net a while back, I found Wartires.com. The website says they have XML 325 85 R16 Military Tires (4 for $1099.00). I believe this is the same size as the old 11x16's.
